How are listings reviewed?
Every listing needs photos, ownership or authority papers, specifications and condition information. Licences and inspection evidence are required where applicable. Our team reviews the evidence before publication.
Can a seller take a deposit?
No. RevCom sales use a full, once-off purchase payment. Deposits, part-payments and instalments are not supported.
