Invitation to the founding pilot group

A new way for industry to recover value from surplus inventory and assets

RevCom is building a structured marketplace for mining and industrial businesses to recover value from inventory and assets that are surplus, excess or no longer being fully utilised. Before we open to the broader market, we are working with a small group of established industry organisations.

Pilot timeline

Onboarding 20 September 2026, pilot commences October 2026.

A deliberate approach

We are selecting a small group to participate in the first RevCom pilot

The pilot allows us to work directly with participating companies to bring suitable surplus inventory and underutilised industrial assets into a structured marketplace, test the transaction model in a live environment, and refine the experience around the realities of industry.

An early position in the ecosystem

Founding participants access selected capabilities, initiatives and opportunities as they are introduced, ahead of broader market release.

Direct influence on the platform

The companies taking part at this stage shape how listings, verification, logistics and settlement actually work in practice.

A controlled, structured environment

We work alongside your team through onboarding so that commercial, compliance and disposal requirements are respected from the outset.

Recovery instead of write off

Surplus, excess and underutilised inventory is brought into a marketplace where it can be matched to real regional demand.

How participation works

Three steps, on your terms

Step 01

Reserve your place

03
Step 03

What we ask of you

Very little, at this stage

There is no requirement to commit inventory now. We are simply inviting your organisation to reserve its place in the founding pilot group, after which our team will engage with you during onboarding.

  • No requirement to commit inventory when you reserve a place
  • No listing goes live without your approval
  • Your commercial information stays with your organisation
  • You can step back at any point during the pilot

Who we are

Built by people who have worked inside the problem

RevCom was founded by professionals with backgrounds in mining supply chain, procurement and industrial asset management. We have sat in the meetings where stock is written off, and in the ones where production waits months for a part that exists elsewhere in the region.

That experience shapes how we are building: carefully, with real operators, and with respect for the governance and compliance obligations these businesses carry.

Questions

What organisations usually ask us

A few things we are asked before organisations reserve a place in the founding pilot group.

What exactly are we reserving?

A place in the founding pilot group. It signals your organisation is willing to participate when onboarding opens on 20 September 2026. It is not a purchase, a listing or a contract.

Do we have to release inventory data now?

No. Reserving a place requires contact and company context only. Inventory discussions happen with your team during onboarding, on your terms.

Why is the group limited?

A smaller group lets us work directly with each participant, test the transaction model properly in a live environment, and respond to feedback before opening to the broader market.

Who should register on behalf of our company?

Typically supply chain, procurement, stores, asset management or finance leadership. Anyone who sees where value is sitting idle is the right starting point.

What happens after we reserve a place?

Our team makes contact ahead of 20 September 2026 to confirm participation, agree scope and plan onboarding into the October pilot.
